Service information

Website content describes FigureCloud capabilities and ways of working but does not guarantee a particular process, price, quantity, schedule or result. An inquiry starts a conversation and does not itself create a contract or payment obligation.

Your submissions

You must ensure submitted information is accurate and lawful and that you may provide all character references, images, files and materials. Do not submit infringing, illegal or malicious content. We may decline non-compliant inquiries.

Intellectual property

Branding, text, interfaces, images and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Pre-existing rights remain with their owners unless agreed otherwise; ownership and permitted use of project deliverables are set out in project documents.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care of the website and its information but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content is always complete and current. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental and consequential loss; project liability is governed by written agreement and applicable law.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the law where the service provider is established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. We may update these terms for operational or legal changes, effective from the date shown.
