Forest Companion

A lantern-carrying traveler and woodland companion use rounded proportions and a forest base to create a warm, approachable scene.

Chibi character · Scenic composition

01 · Example brief

A desk companion is the example brief: the traveler and spirit should feel connected, with a woodland setting that does not overpower their silhouettes.

02 · Design discussion

Agree on head-to-body ratio, eye size, lantern placement and the spirit’s gaze. Sage, cream and brown guide the palette, with controlled moss detail.

03 · Factory assessment

Start factory assessment with part separation for the traveler, lantern, spirit and base. The lantern glow is a visual treatment, not a promise of electronic lighting.

04 · Prototype checkpoints

Check facial printing, eye alignment, cloak edges and lantern-handle strength, and review how the scenic details read at the intended size.

05 · Production and inspection plan

Possible checks include face blemishes, broken plants, spirit fit and base flatness. Detachable small parts require a separate age and applicable-requirements review.

06 · Packing and delivery plan

Secure small accessories together and include a parts diagram so they cannot disappear into insert gaps. Prepare counting, care and display guidance as part of packing.
