Discuss custom figures

FigureCloud connects your figurine brief with partner manufacturers, coordinating assessment, sampling, production communication and delivery arrangements. We are not a factory. Scope, costs and schedules are agreed per project.

From a clearer brief to sampling and delivery discussions.

Plastic character figures, coordinated series, resin collectibles or vinyl-and-plush combinations all start with purpose, form and feasibility. We help align your brief with partner manufacturers rather than prescribe one process or minimum quantity.

Clarify the brief and development scope

Organise character references, intended use, size and quantity, separating available assets from design work still needed.

Coordinate assessment and sample review

Coordinate manufacturer assessment of materials, construction, finish, packaging and costs, with recorded sample feedback and approvals.

Follow production and delivery communication

After sample approval and written terms, coordinate progress, changes and delivery information. Acceptance criteria and responsibilities are agreed for the project.

Figure references and concept studies

These authorised partner-manufacturing references do not claim completed FigureCloud projects. Concept studies remain separately labelled; materials and production feasibility require their own assessment.

Four stages, with a clear next step.

Clarify the brief, coordinate manufacturer assessment and quotation, agree sampling and review the sample, then coordinate production and delivery. Each stage follows the agreed scope and records.

Clarify the brief

Share character references, intended use and known size and quantity. We organise missing information, rights notes and desired appearance into an assessment brief.

Manufacturer assessment and quotation

Coordinate partner assessment of materials, construction, finishing and packaging. Clarify assumptions for tooling, sampling and production costs. Mark unresolved items as pending rather than treat estimates as final quotations.

Sampling and sample approval

Agree paid scope, sample deliverables and revision terms before sampling begins. Record feedback on proportions, colour, assembly and finish to establish an approved reference for subsequent work.

Production and delivery coordination

After sample approval, quotation and written terms, follow production communication, change records, packaging and delivery arrangements. Inspection scope, responsibilities and transport terms follow the project agreement.

Questions before you start.

Not sure what to prepare?

Share the ideas and references you have. We can help clarify what is still undecided.

Start with your character and intended use.

Can I start with just an idea?

Yes. Share the character background, sketches or references and intended use. We can clarify available assets, missing information and what needs assessment.

How are minimum quantity, size and price decided?

They depend on materials, construction, finish, packaging and quantity, and require manufacturer assessment. No single minimum quantity, size or price applies to every project.

How long do sampling and production take?

Timing depends on development complexity, revisions, sample approval and production availability. We discuss milestones after assessment; sampling and production schedules follow written agreement.

How are artwork and character rights handled?

Provide only material you own or are authorised to use. Agree file use, confidentiality, ownership of deliverables and subsequent use in writing before collaboration.

Is FigureCloud a manufacturing factory?

No. FigureCloud coordinates projects between clients and partner manufacturers, helping clarify briefs and coordinate assessment, sampling, production and delivery discussions. Partners undertake manufacturing; scope and responsibilities are separately agreed.

Can I inquire about a small quantity?

Share your expected quantity. Acceptance, suitable processes and costs depend on the design and manufacturer assessment.

Does submitting an inquiry incur a fee?

An inquiry does not create a contract or payment obligation. Paid development, sampling or other work begins only after fees, scope and collaboration terms are agreed.

How should materials and processes be selected?

Describe the form, use, size, quantity and desired appearance. We coordinate manufacturer assessment. Photographs are visual references, not confirmation of materials, safety or production feasibility.

Are tooling and sampling included in the quotation?

Costs are specified per project; inclusion or waiver is not assumed. Quotations should identify applicable tooling, sampling, revisions, production and packaging, with deliverables, permitted use and changes separately agreed.

How are quality criteria and testing agreed?

Use approved samples, written specifications and agreed inspection items as the review basis. Destination market, use, certifications and testing scope must be verified; workshop photographs do not replace test evidence.

Can overseas delivery be discussed?

Provide the destination, packaging needs and preferred timing for assessment. Transport, customs, taxes, testing and delivery responsibilities require explicit agreement; duty-paid or worldwide door-to-door service is not assumed.
