Can I start with just an idea?

Yes. Share the character background, sketches or references and intended use. We can clarify available assets, missing information and what needs assessment.

How are minimum quantity, size and price decided?

They depend on materials, construction, finish, packaging and quantity, and require manufacturer assessment. No single minimum quantity, size or price applies to every project.

How long do sampling and production take?

Timing depends on development complexity, revisions, sample approval and production availability. We discuss milestones after assessment; sampling and production schedules follow written agreement.

How are artwork and character rights handled?

Provide only material you own or are authorised to use. Agree file use, confidentiality, ownership of deliverables and subsequent use in writing before collaboration.

Is FigureCloud a manufacturing factory?

No. FigureCloud coordinates projects between clients and partner manufacturers, helping clarify briefs and coordinate assessment, sampling, production and delivery discussions. Partners undertake manufacturing; scope and responsibilities are separately agreed.

Can I inquire about a small quantity?

Share your expected quantity. Acceptance, suitable processes and costs depend on the design and manufacturer assessment.

Does submitting an inquiry incur a fee?

An inquiry does not create a contract or payment obligation. Paid development, sampling or other work begins only after fees, scope and collaboration terms are agreed.

How should materials and processes be selected?

Describe the form, use, size, quantity and desired appearance. We coordinate manufacturer assessment. Photographs are visual references, not confirmation of materials, safety or production feasibility.

Are tooling and sampling included in the quotation?

Costs are specified per project; inclusion or waiver is not assumed. Quotations should identify applicable tooling, sampling, revisions, production and packaging, with deliverables, permitted use and changes separately agreed.

How are quality criteria and testing agreed?

Use approved samples, written specifications and agreed inspection items as the review basis. Destination market, use, certifications and testing scope must be verified; workshop photographs do not replace test evidence.

Can overseas delivery be discussed?

Provide the destination, packaging needs and preferred timing for assessment. Transport, customs, taxes, testing and delivery responsibilities require explicit agreement; duty-paid or worldwide door-to-door service is not assumed.
